SUMMARY:Fall Tour to the Keweenaw Peninsula
DESCRIPTION:Fall tour to the Keweenaw Peninsula and Copper Harbor\nAfter much planning\, the dates are set for the 2026 Fall Tour to the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan! The dates are Friday September 25 thru Sunday\nSeptember 27\, 2026. \nRooms are currently available at the King Copper in Copper Harbor MI. You can reserve a\nroom by calling them directly at 906-284-4594. NOTE: The King Copper does not allow for us to hold a block of rooms so if you are interested\, you should reserve your room as soon as possible. Once you have reserved your room\, email Dee at dstamnes@netnet.net so we have a head count for dinner. The number of rooms available is getting very small so here are a couple of other local Motels you can try if the King Copper is full by the time you call:  Bella Vista Motel: 906-289-4213 or the Brockway Inn: 906-289-4588 \nWe plan on departing from the Shell gas station located at 213 E Frontage Rd\,\nLittle Suamico\, WI 54141. This is the same spot we depart from for the Waterfall Tour. Departure is planned for 09:00 am. \nSome plans are still in the works\, however we are having a group dinner at the Harbor Haus restaurant in Copper Harbor Friday night at 6:00 pm EDT. If you are planning on attending dinner\, please let Dee know that as well.
