Show & Glow by the Lake @ Veterans Park
Aug 5 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Inaugurated in August 2005, the Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance has developed a reputation for showcasing the most exceptional vehicles and has been a top destination for both participants and spectators. Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance takes place on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan at Veteran’s Park, a spectacular venue situated between the Milwaukee Yacht Club and the stunningly modern Milwaukee Art Museum. A Saturday Morning Motor Tour along lake drive and Saturday evening’s Style & Speed Social held at the historic Milwaukee Club adds a special flare to the weekend.

Since event’s inception, together we have donated more than $200,000 to improve the lives of children and families and very pleased to see that our outlook for giving will continue to grow.

Each year 200 unique motorcars are invited to gather along the lake to celebrate the best in automotive history. The park along the water offers a wide open area rather than crowded into a small space, giving a very relaxed experience. Attendees can expect to see award-winning vehicles which owners have brought from countries as far as Italy, Switzerland and Canada, as well as four corners of the United States. This year a few of our special features include:

Speed – Then & Now, comparing original supercars up to the early 1930s to today’s fastest machines
Alternative power with early electric and steam cars
Rolls-Royce
Orphan Muscle Cars
60 years anniversary of Edsel
On Saturday, we host our popular Show & Glow by the Lake, a casual celebration of all things motorized bringing nearly 400 entries – a completely separate roster of fantastic vehicles than those seen on Sunday. This event brings a wide range of vehicles and some marque clubs hold their annual judging meets in conjunction with it.

Interested in Showing your Vehicle in the Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance?

Thank you. Participation of a vehicle is by invitation only or by approval of the Concours d’Elegance committee. Please review the following criteria to see if your vehicle would be a fit for this concours event.

Generally speaking, participation is for vehicles built prior to 1974. In some cases this may change if for example there is a Special Feature in a particular year. A focus of the Milwaukee Concours is to show exact history and therefore modified cars or replicas are generally not accepted. Other examples of modifications that are not accepted would be a car converted to a different model (ex: an Auburn Cabriolet re-bodied as a Speedster or a Pontiac GTO converted to a Judge), resto-mods, incorrect engines, incorrect wheels or custom cars in general. An exception to this would be a Classic that was re-bodied by known coachbuilder during the Classic Era or a racecar that went through documented changes during its competitive life. Re-bodied cars outside of these in-period scenarios will not be considered.

If you have a vehicle that accurately represents its period in history, we invite you to submit it for consideration.

Please note: Use of drones is not allowed anywhere on the event grounds without the express approval of the Masterpiece LTD.

Please complete the Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance application and please be sure to upload the required photos requested in the form.

If you have any questions, please contact Carl or Carrol Jensen at cajensen2@aol.com or 262-662-0287.

DE at Road America @ Road America
Aug 18 all-day

Registration ends in 4 months on August 4, 2017 11:59 PM CDT
Welcome to registration for the August 18, 2017 PCA-Milwaukee Region Drivers’s Education (DE) event at Road America!  We hope you can join us for this annual event at Elkhart Lake’s venerable 4-mile, 14-turn road course, considered by many (including Mario Andretti) to be one of the best courses in the country, if not the world!  If you have never driven this course, cross off a bucket-list item by registering this year!
An important note to all participants:  When you register for this DE event, please update your driving experience log on the MSR registration site.  In many cases, that information is the only means we have for evaluating whether a driver’s experience is commensurate with the run group assignment being requested.  Also, this would be a convenient time to update your car information.

About Euro Moto Mornings:

Euro Moto Mornings is the brainchild of a few Northeast Wisconsin moto enthausists. Inspired by the casual atmosphere of camaraderie and sharing that takes place every month at Easy Porsche in San Fransisco, we wanted to create a similar environment for lovers of all European cars & motorcycles to get together, take a spin on some country roads and have a killer cup of coffe.
We have some big things in store for our inaugural season, expect to see vehicles classic and current from Porsche, Audi, Ducati, Triumph, BMW, MV Agusta and maybe even a De Tomaso Pantera (gotta fix those brakes first).
